It was my birthday cake. There was some profound symbolism in how it turned out (true for most over 35): everything is affected by gravity on the outside, sliding down; yet utterly delicious yumminess on the inside. (It was a two-tier carrot cake with vanilla cream cheese layer inside and cover, peaches added to it and then some white chocolate poured over it… problem was the hot white chocolate melted the cream cheese & everything went south
)
The little dome on the top was my 4yo insisting on putting half a chocolate bauble on top.
Sounds delicious, even if it didn’t look it!
